I have been an RMT for 4 years, and I specialize in Therapeutic massage treatments, including Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Remedial Exercise, Hydrotherapy, Relaxation techniques, Therapeutic Exercise, and have also been trained in Advanced Professional Cupping Therapies!
I can't wait to continue advancing my knowledge as I take pride in using my skills in manual therapy to help you to have the best quality of life possible!

Ally is the best! I was seeing her through my pregnancy as part of her school project, not sure how i would have managed without her! She is extremely skilled at what she does, and genuinely cares about her clients health and pain management! We will continue to see her whenever we can, despite the difference between cities!
